Khalil Juraev is an advocate and patent attorney of MY LAWYER Law Firm. He is a graduate of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, with a bachelor's degree in International Law. During his studies at the university, he actively participated in the activities of the Legal Clinic at the university.

He started his career at the Ministry of Justice and the Intellectual Property Agency under the Ministry of Justice. He worked as a chief specialist in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He dealt with issues of legal protection of intellectual property objects.

He completed a course organized by WIPO and the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland, as a recipient of a grant from the World Intellectual Property Organization, and obtained a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law.
