Sayidkomil Ibodullaev is a lawyer at MY LAWYER Law Firm and a professional mediator.
At the same time he is a lecturer at the Tashkent University of Law.
He graduated from the Tashkent State University of Law with a Bachelor's degree in Law. As a holder of a grant from the Tashkent State University of Law and a recipient of the "Chancellor's Award of the University of Glasgow 2020", he continued his studies at the University of Glasgow of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, where he obtained a Master of Laws degree.
He acts as a coach, judge of the international rounds of the prestigious Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. He was also a team adviser of the only team in Uzbekistan of the John H. Jackson WTO Law Moot Court Competition.
Sayidkomil Ibodullaev is the author of a number of scientific articles and textbooks on the World Trade Organisation. He worked as a member of the working group of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on harmonisation of WTO rules, as well as a national consultant on WTO affairs for the UNDP and the WTO International Trade Centre.
As part of his work at the Law Firm, he specialises in providing legal assistance in projects involving foreign companies, as well as drafting investment agreements and complex contracts.
