Khudoyarov Nodir is a lawyer and a professional mediator of MY LAWYER Law Firm. He has almost twenty years of experience in the judicial system, including 15 years as a judge of the Economic Court (Commercial court) and as a chairman of the Judicial Composition on Investment Disputes and Competition cases of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Having a higher education, such as a bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Law of the National University of Uzbekistan and a master's degree from the Faculty of International Economic Relations of the Academy of State and Public Construction under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Nodir Khudoyarov was a member of expert and working groups specially established for the development of the current Economic Procedural Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Insolvency", a number of resolutions of the Plenum of the Higher Economic Court and the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a number of practical manuals and regulations such as "Manual on the Preparation of Cases on Investment Disputes and Competition Cases for Trial and their Consideration", "Methodological Manual on the Organization of the Effective Use of Free (Unused) Facilities", "Regulations on the Automated Distribution of Cases in Economic Courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan", and others. Also, as a national expert, Nodir Khudoyarov participated in the implementation of UNDP social projects aimed at protecting socially vulnerable segments of the population.

Upon becoming a member of MY LAWYER Law Firm team, Nodir Khudoyarov has successfullybeen representing the interests of Uzbek and foreign legal entities in courts, domestic arbitration courts, and international commercial arbitrations.
