Eldorkhon Fayzullakhujaev is a senior partner of MY LAWYER Law Firm. He is also a practicing advocate, a patent attorney, and a professional mediator. Eldorkhon Fayzullakhujaev has recently completed his two terms as the member of the Qualification Commission of the Tashkent City Department of the Chamber of Advocates and as a member of the Higher Qualification Commission of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Uzbekistan respectively, where together with other members of the Commission he considered the cases and rendered disciplinary decisions concerning the advocates on the basis of the received complaints.

Eldorkhon Fayzullakhujaev also represents different parties in litigation proceedings in Uzbek courts. He successfully represented both Uzbek entities as well as foreign parties in complex litigation cases. Eldorkhon Fayzullakhuja also participated in the negotiations held within the framework of a number of large infrastructure projects in capacity of the legal representative to one of the parties.

Eldorkhon Fayzullakhujaev specializes in intellectual property law, corporate law, antitrust law, administrative law, construction law, and FIDIC Contracts. He is also regularly invited as an expert to the working groups that are working on the introduction of amendments and additions to different normative-legal acts. One of such recent engagements of Eldorkhon Fayzullakhujaev as an expert was related to the “Law on Mediation” as well as numerous projects in the field of e-commerce.

In addition to his legal practice, Eldorkhon Fayzullakhujaev teaches at the Lawyers’ Training Center under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
